The team here at MacTVision Technologies sat around one day trying to figure out the best way we could utilize our position to change the world – or at least start to try. Changing the world is a hard task, especially when it is for the good. With most of us ourselves disadvantaged growing up, and a strong will for education, it was a no-brainer for us to form a high school grant to provide a means of helping fund youth in school who wish to someday go to college or trade school for a chance at a brighter future.
Thus, MacTVision’s Project Edutainment Grant was formed.
The Project Edutainment Grant is an application based grant for high school juniors and seniors from low-income qualified families, and those with learning disabilities. This is our way of giving back to those who deserve a better shot at a brighter future. Never forget that a small boost to those who want it can in turn produce a individual who can change the world more easily.
15% of every purchase of MacTVision funds our continued efforts in building this grant for launch in 2011.
